2. I was already on course for a PB , what’s meaning about “PB”

4. Tevis had received a 2 min. draft penalty bringing me back on top. Tevis had received penalty because he broutht you to top, someone is inspecting during the course? how can they find this?
5. Finally you come out as the first one from all the competitors? Great!

A “Brick” training is when you train with 2 disciplines. e.g. a Run/ Bike brick means doing a run and then doing a bike training. A double brick means doing two rounds of the “brick” i.e. Run -> Bike -> Run -> Bike. Hope that’s helpful!
